The project

Arabian Ranches III is the third phase of Emaar's signature villa community — around 6,000 Spanish-architecture homes set among parks. The mix runs from three- and four-bedroom townhouses and villas up to five-bedroom villas, priced from AED 2.4M, and the development is currently marked Handover Soon against a 2025 handover. As an Emaar Properties project, it builds on two earlier, fully established Arabian Ranches phases.
