The project

Bay Residences is a collection of eight low-rise buildings by Nakheel on Dubai Islands, the master-planned archipelago formerly known as Deira Islands. The development brings together 1,100 units in a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with direct access to a waterfront promenade. The project is currently under construction with handover set for 2027, and prices start from AED 1.7M.

The location

Dubai Islands is a group of man-made islands off Dubai's northern coastline, adjacent to the historic Deira district. The masterplan extends the city's shoreline with new beaches and waterfront neighbourhoods, placing residents by the sea while keeping older Dubai close at hand. As one of Nakheel's flagship waterfront communities, it is still taking shape — early buyers are joining a district that will grow around them over the coming years.
