The project

Bluewaters Bay is a twin-tower waterfront development by Meraas Holding, rising on Bluewaters Island with views of Ain Dubai and direct access to Caesar Bluewaters. The project brings 580 residences to the island, spanning one- to four-bedroom apartments and a collection of penthouses, with prices from AED 3.5M. Currently under construction, the development is slated for handover in 2027.
