The project

Naya at District One is Nakheel's lagoon-facing apartment development in MBR City, currently under construction with handover set for 2026. The larger three- and four-bedroom units give families a practical route into District One as well. As an under-construction purchase, it does ask for patience: buyers should be comfortable waiting for the 2026 handover before moving in or letting their unit.
